Definitions
Patagonia Backpackers / “the Company” / “we”: Patagonia Backpackers SRL, with legal address and tax information according to Argentine legislation.
Client / User / “you”: person who contracts or accesses the services offered by Patagonia Backpackers.
Services: excursions, tour packages, accommodation bookings, transfers, guided activities or other tourism-related services offered by the Company.
Website / Platform: the web page, applications or interfaces through which the services are offered.
Acceptance of Terms

By contracting or using any of our services, accessing the site, or booking through the platform, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of them, do not use or contract our services.
Services, Availability and Confirmation
To make a reservation, you must complete the reservation form or method and pay the indicated amount or deposit.
Accepted payment methods will be specified (credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash, payment platforms or others).
In case of non-payment or delay in the established deadlines, the Company may cancel the reservation and retain the advance payment as a penalty (if applicable).
Services are not transferable without prior approval from the Company.
